Stampin’Blends Availability

Stampin’Up! just announced that due to the popularity of these markers and the long lead time to get them from the supplier, they will not be available again for purchase until the end of May!

Due to this issue I have to change my March Host Code offering of the Old Olive Stampin’Blends Combo pack. Instead I will offer the new Layered Leaves Embossing Folder valued at $9.00.

You can find out how this offer works here.  This offer expires March 30. You will need a Big Shot to use this embossing folder.

Bubble Over Bundle

This is a colorful card isn’t it? So bright and kinda sassy! This card is made with the new Bubble Over Bundle from the Stampin’Up! Occasions Catalog. The bundle includes the Bubble Over Photopolymer Stamp set and the Bottles and Bubbles Framelits Dies.  You save 10% when you buy the bundle but you can purchase them individually.

Don’t you just love the details in this bundle? There is a framelit to cut the bottle tops out! I used silver foil cardstock for the bottle tops. I used the Glitter and Clear Epoxy Shapes, also sold in the Occasions Catalog, to accent the small bubbles. I used some sequins to enhance the larger bubbles. I am often inspired by other stampers and the inspiration for this card from Vicky Wright’s card, she is a Stampin’Up Demonstrator in Australia.

The Bubbles and Fizz Designer Series Paper is FREE with a $50 (before shipping and tax) purchase because it is a Sale-a-bration offering.

The bottles were cut out with the appropriate framelit and then colored by running the sponge brayer over the stamp pad and then over the bottle in a back and forth motion.

I hope you like my card and it inspires you to CREATE!

At Home With You Photopolymer Bundle #145351

I have really enjoyed these framelits and  stamp set! It is a multi purpose stamp set as it can be used for multiple occasions including Christmas and Thanksgiving!

So much stamping fun! I colored the door with the new Stampin’Blends and lifted some of the color with the Color Lifter.

I used the Light Smokey Slate Stampin’Blend to color the door handle. I used Crumb Cake Light and Dark Stampin’Blends on the door and to add depth to the door I used the Bronze Stampin’Blend in the crevices and hinge area.

I hope you all like my card and will take advantage of the Cyber Monday FREE shipping offer and my Host Code offer. I have decided to end the November Host Code offer at 11:59 pm November 27 when the Cyber Monday Free shipping offer ends.

Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper

Isn’t this Stampin’Up! Designer Series Paper so cute? I am sorry to say it is no longer available. I bought it last year and didn’t use it all. I am determined to use all of this super cute paper.

I want to show you what I came up with. This is the first card I made, if I am making a lot of cards they tend to evolve as I am making them.

Not much stamping involved in these cards! Just the greeting is stamped. I cut the houses out of the  DSP with paper snips while watching TV. The cardstock color is Real Red and the ribbon is Real Red Grosgrain. I layered the DSP panel on Whisper White cardstock.

In the above sample I decided not to tie the real red ribbon around the panel and just tied a bow and glued it to the card. I like this card better.

And I like this card even better, because the candy design in the paper is so cute! The greeting stamp came from the October My Paper Pumpkin stamp set.

I even tried a different cardstock base. This sample is made with Whisper White Thick cardstock. I think I still prefer the Real Red cards better.

I just love Stampin’Up! products. They are of the highest quality and they stand behind their products too! The Designer Series Paper is double sided! The paper is 12 x 12 and you get 12 sheets, two each of 6 designs.

If you want to make cards similar to this I recommend Christmas Around the World DSP in the current Holiday Catalog ! It is just as cute and fun!

Item #144629

The coordinating cardstock would be Garden Green, Real Red and Pool Party. So much paper FUN! I will provide a supply list below for easy shopping, Just click on the photo of each product to see it in my online store

Don’t forget the November Host Code Special offer ends November 30th!

I hope you enjoyed my cards and they inspire you to CREATE!

Simple Card with Hearts Come Home Bundle

This is a very easy but cute card idea. I saw this idea on Pinterest and had to give it a try. I just used the Hometown Greetings Edgelits Dies to make this card as well as the Stitched Framelits Collection to cut the focal point.

It is very striking with the Night of Navy cardstock as the night time sky background.

When making the embossed background, do not emboss your card front as it just warps the front of your card. Emboss a panel instead and adhere it to the front of your card.

  • I have added a rewards program for my online customers. I appreciate your business! See the top of the page under rewards for details
  • The biggest promotion of the Stampin’Up! year is coming soon! It is called Sale-a-bration and will begin in January and end in March. So stay tuned. Let me know if you want a brochure on this promotion I would be happy to send you one. It shows you all of the products you can earn for FREE!
  • The new Occasions Catalog will be released in January and is full of new stamps and accessories! Let me know if you want a copy I would be happy to send you one.

Hearts Come Home Bundle

I want to show you another favorite of mine in the Holiday Catalog, the Hearts Come Home Bundle! Here is a card I made with the Hometown Greetings Edgelits Dies that are included in the Bundle offering. The Bundle includes the Hearts Come Home stamp set as well for a savings of 10%. You can buy these two items separately too.

I have been determined to find different ways to use the Designer Series Paper that I already have. I thought this piece of DSP worked great! It is from the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper!

Pretty summer or springtime paper! But one piece works great as a winter snowy scene. The color is Tranquil Tide. Which I don’t have!!! I had some retired cardstock called Handsome Hunter that is just a little darker than the Tranquil Tide and it worked well with this paper.

hearts come home bundle

These Edgelits are a lot of fun! I have seen a lot of great ideas on Pinterest.

In this card I decided to add some gold glimmer paper behind the church and house image as I had seen other stampers do. I love the look, but it is a little picky to do, especially if you are making a lot of these for Christmas cards. I added a gold enamel star to cover up an ink smudge!

Here is another idea with a different layout. The photo doesn’t do it justice! It photographed a little dark.

I hope you like my projects with the Hearts Come Home bundle and it inspires you to CREATE!
