More Bubble Over Fun!

I know it is time to move on to another stamp set, but this one is so much fun! I have been playing with this stamp set again and thought I would show you what I came up with.  Colorful isn’t it?  I think this one is a great celebration card! It could be for graduation, birthday, retirement you name it!

I added bubbles using the Glitter and Clear Epoxy Shapes. This along with the Bubble Over Bundle are found in the Occasions Catalog.

Love the bottle caps! So many details you can add with the framelits! The Designer Series Paper is FREE from the Sale-a-bration Brochure with a qualifying purchase of $50 (before shipping and tax).

Here is another idea

This is a quick card! I cut the bottles from the Bubbles and Fizz Designer Series paper using the coordinating die (they are designed to work together). I stamped the bubbles with Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’Pad on cardstock of the same color.

I hope you enjoyed my cards and they inspire you to CREATE! Don’t forget, it is still Sale-a-bration time! Stampin’Up!’s best promotion of the year! The Bubble Over Bundle is $40.50 so just if you add $9.50 more in product ( which believe me is easy to do) you can get the Bubbles and Fizz Designer Series Paper for FREE, an $11.00 value.

Stamping with the Cool Treats Bundle

I promise to move on to another stamp set after this card. I love working with this bundle of products! I love the way Stampin’Up! coordinates everything! I love that you can easily purchase it, meaning you don’t have to run through a store trying to get everything you need. Just pick up a catalog and place your order! Everything is there for you. No guess work! No saying “well it sort of matches”!

I used a card sketch for the layout of this card.

card sketch

I chose not to add the banner, I thought it looked better without it. This is a great way to come up with a layout for your cards. There are plenty of card sketches online. This one came from

I colored the ice cream with a Stampin’Write marker as I did not have the stamp pad. That is why it looks a little streaky. For the cherry I just cut it out of Watermelon Wonder cardstock and colored the stem with a Chocolate Chip Stampin’Write Marker!

I hope you all enjoyed my card for today and it inspires you to CREATE! See the supply list below for everything I used to make this card.

Remember the bundle price (10% off) will be no longer available after May 31! The bundle includes the Cool Treats stamp set and Frozen Treats Framelits. The Watermelon Wonder color is retiring May 31 as well.

Lift Me Up Birthday

I am still trying to get use to using WordPress, so my blog is a work in progress! Hopefully I will catch on soon. So please bare with me.

I have been having fun with this bundle of products! It really is a lot of fun. You could literally spend all day just creating with this one set of stamps and framelits.

I am using the retired Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper called Carried Away, a great substitute that is in the Occasions Catalog is the Cupcakes and Carousels Designer Series Paper. I think this paper would work well with the Lift Me Up stamp set.

You get a lot of framelits in this set! I love the cloud dies especially! But of course the ultimate is the large Air Balloon die! It is an intricate die and the Die Brush and  Precision Base Plate really helped get it out easily. Another way is to put wax paper between the die and the cardstock and run it through the Big Shot a couple of times.

I used Watermelon Wonder Cardstock (which is retiring June 1) and it looks orange when I photographed it. The card looks much better in person.

I added a little shine with the silver ribbon and silver enamel star. I adhered the back images of the balloon with a glue pen.

You get 10% off when you buy the Bundle, but you can buy the stamp set and framelits individually as well.

See the Lift Me Up Bundle in my online store

Remember my April special use host code QH9KVEB6, more information on my monthly specials page.

Happy Stamping!
